Heather Foster is the founder of Estella Media. She is a media professional with 2 decades of experience, and consults with businesses within many categories, including higher education, healthcare, technology startups, B2B, QSR, media publishers, government, finance and CPG.
Heather’s career began in offline media, working with television, radio, print, and OOH media. At Harmelin Media, she worked on various brands, including WTXF-TV, Boscov’s, the School District of Philadelphia, Peirce College, Turkey Hill, BET, Aetna, UHS, Jefferson Hospital, and Comcast.
Later, Heather was a key player in launching the digital media department within Harmelin Media, where she worked on the following brands: DexOne, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (including PennDOT, PA Liquor Control Board/Fine Wine and Good Spirits, the Department of State, the Department of Insurance, and more), PA Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Widener University, Penn State University, Super Pretzel, Post Foods, EP Henry, Sun National Bank, Glenmede, Beneficial Bank, SEI Wealth Network, Main Line Health, Einstein Healthcare Network, Orlando Health, Sheetz, Brother International, Interstate General Media (Philly.com and the Philadelphia Inquirer), and Russian Standard Vodka.
Heather Foster began Estella Media to not just continue helping brands better grow through data-driven marketing and media efforts, but to educate them as well through workshops and training programs.
In addition to working in media and marketing, Heather has shared her enthusiasm for the business with students by teaching courses at the university level. For 8 years, she taught courses in media planning, audience measurement, social media and big data at Drexel University’s Westphal College of Media Arts and Design, and Temple University’s School of Media and Communication.
